My temp gauge cycles from the middle of the gauge to about 1/4th of the gauge when my engine is warmed up. It'll go lower once it hits the middle, like the thermostat is opening at that point, then go down, then repeat the cycle. I don't understand the fluctuation, since I have a new thermostat and water pump and the system is fully bled. Heat is very warm with no problems.
This isn't a huge issue and doesn't effect the way the engine runs, but I'm just used to seeing the gauge warm up to the middle and stay there. I'm tempted to change the temp sender just to see if that's the problem
