Torque specs

I have a 1999 explorer 4x4 4.0 OHV and I am repairing the fuel injectors.
So I need to know were I can find the torque specs for the intake plentum and injector plate.

I downloaded all sorts of torque specs a while ago from autozone.com in a pdf. Sadly I don't have the laptop with that file with me at the moment. I'm travelling.
