trans cooler

ok picked up a nice trans cooler a the bone yard from another 96 xlt probably factory but ready to put it on my 96 4.0 question is what are you guys doing cutting trans lines to radiator and piping it in ? do i bypass the radiator all together or not whats the normal installation off a trans cooler here .. im assuming top radiator trans line is from trans and bottom is return right? any help would be appreciated thanks

your in the wrong place,this is a first gen area.but ill help out,there should be a 2nd cooler in front of your radiator that has hoses running to it.plum it it there,no need to cut metal lines or bypass the one in the rad
