There are many shops that can make you one.

Just look them up online.
Usually it's those private shops that deal only with car audio that do it.

I installed a Kenwood double din DVD receiver in my 01 Sport Trac yesterday, and I had to cut a lot of material off with a dremel to get it to fit. It now needs a trim/installation kit to make it look complete and help hold the receiver in place. I have a Metra 95-5600 double din trim kit that fits in the radio bezel, but it looks like there's no way I can get it to fit around the DVD receiver, even after using a dremel on the slim plastic. Are there any other trim/install kits that work good without too much modification?
