I have located the flasher on my 02 Mounty but how do you get to the back side of that fuse panel under the dash? I can't pull it out as it sets and I can't seem to get it to move. I took two screws out of the side and the other side seems to rotate. But I can't get it to swing up. What am I doing wrong. BTW does anyone know how many pins the flasher in a 02 has? I am trying to put one for LEDs in it. I want to see which it is to order one 1st. Thanks alot.
