Vent Issues with automatic climate control

Hey all,

I have been reading through similar threads but one seems to narrow my problem down. I have automatic climate control, it blows hot and cold, and works from every vent except those on the front of the dash.

Would a vacuum leak cause this, even though i can make other vent selections?

same vent problem

i cant change the air flow on my vents either. i bhave a 95 EX 4x4 w/standard controls and the cold/hot work as well as the fan speed control but i just cant change the vents from the floor/defrost to any other setting any help appreciated no other threads but this one are even close to my issue

my issue solved

after more forums searching i found that the vacuum lines are easily pulled out of place i got under my hood and found that a connector that joins the 2 lines on top the engine with the "t" had a tear down the small end: after making a $5 trip to Autozone it was fixed and all vents are now working properly. I LOVE THIS SITE!!! it saved me another wasted trip to the mechanic
