Where is the thermostat on '14 located?

Hi guys!

I've been reading and following threads here on the forum for a couple of months and have finally a noob question that I didn't find an answer to from other threads.

Where is the thermostat located on a '14 Explorer Sport?

I've received my tuner and thermostat from Livernois last week and got my Airaid CAI a couple of days later, so I'm dying to get everything installed. I'm handy, but more of a interior car guy (stereo and lighting) and when it comes to the motor compartment I've only replaced the airbox on my previous cars. I want to get the new thermostat installed at the same time as I install the CAI.
Tried to research through google and youtube on how to replace the thermostat but couldn't find any pictures of the thermostat on new Explorers.
Does anyone have a picture or could explain where it is hiding?

On right side of the block underneath where the intake "y's" to turbos.

Thanks! Wasn't so bad idea to install them at the same time, when the air box has to be removed to get to the thermostat.

Not sure if you already replaced it.. here's some pics of the thermostat being replaced on a SHO (same engine setup as ours)...

No, I'm planning to replace the thermostat this weekend and by looking at the pictures makes it so much easier. Really appreciate it. Thanks!

Super easy to do, only takes a few minutes.

I managed to install the thermostat without any problems. Fairly quick and easy.
