Whistling Noise?

I just installed a volant cold air intake on my ex and i noticed i now have a whistling noise under the hood. Is this normal.

yes intake noise just wait till you give it the gas under load

ur just not used to the noise because ur stock airbox let it so much less air... since ur getting much more air, there mite be slight turbulence that appears as an audible whistling noise... its normal and ur getting much better performance
