window water leak

2007 sport trac ltd rear window has a water leak inside top trim left and right side. Do I need to replace the window gasket or will a sealant work?

Have a real close look at your third brake light. They really like to leak and the water runs down the plastic around the rear window and will make it look like the window is leaking. A small bead of silicone around the bottom of the light will clean it right up.
