wont start

my explorer cranked and ran fine, no reverse, changed transmission and now will not turn over or crank. just clicks one time when turn key over. any suggestions?

Welcome to this forum! Did you check the battery terminals, cables, ground wiring, and the battery? Did you check the range sensor (similar to the neutral safety switch on the older transmissions)?
