would this be good??

It's a good idea if you want more bass.

You can probably get the same thing built at a stereo shop and drop your own choice of sub in there for less, though.

The Kicker sub is ok, it'd do alright with the stock sub amp. If you went to the trouble and expense of a custom box and sub, you might as well do it right and power it with an aftermarket amp.

If you just want an upgrade, consider replacing the stock subwoofer and using the stock enclosure. This option is a good one if you're still using the stock receiver.

stock receiver really makes no difference you can have a lineout converter and run a 50 000 watt setup off your stock deck if you wanted.

The sub in this ad is decent..theyre fairly durable and get the job done. However its a sealed box fitting under neath the back seat..you wont get a lot of output at all with it in that location and being sealed. You will need an aftermarket amp as the stock amp isnt nearly enough power for that thing and may not play at low enough of a load to begin with.

Plus with the enclosure under the rear seats like that you wont be able to fold them down flat.
