I have done it! I now have auto windows up & down on all windows!!

I have not read that since last year, but is closing a different process? The wiring is different for the left and right sides, because the master control is part of the drivers window. Regards,

Pulled this link of the Mach 1 board. It's for a complete auto-down window kit with instructions for $27.

It should, but I'm not 100% sure. Probably best to contact the vendor.

I did and got the following response:

Thanks for your recent inquiry,
The One Touch Down window module kit will indeed work on your 99 Explorer.
The wiring should be the same as the newer E and F series trucks and vans which a supplemental guide is included for.

Should you have any additional questions please let me know.
