How to fix a horn problem.

Hi there, I was hoping to get some information on how to fix a horn that does not work, we checked the fuse, not an issue. What is the process to diagnose for a horn? and where is the part located under the hood? Thanks for all help.

Welcome to this forum! There are 2 horns located on the front passenger's side under the hood in the area where the air cleaner box is. Does your cruise control work? Do you hear the horn relay click when you press the horn button? The Aerostar didn't get an air bag until 1992, so your clockspring is not the same as air bag equipped models.
