This is not a commercial, but my drivers seat leather was in real bad shape while the passenger seat still looked decent (what else is new). After looking at several options for original leather replacement, I got a new replacement leather seat cover (not a slip over, but a replacement for the original) from The Seat Shop in Carrollton, TX. It is absolutely the best you could hope for at a reasonable price (about $200). I also got new foam from them (original Ford part).
They had a video on the site that showed the entire replacement processes.
Hard working guys that are customer focused.
