2002 Explorer with codes P0141 and P0161.

I failed emissions test because of check engine light. Codes P0141 and P0161

PO141=O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2)

PO161= Oxygen O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 2, Sensor 2)

Sounds like you need to address the O2 sensors.

It's on the exhaust system.

Its on the Catalytic Converter.

thanks !! just wanted and idea before i dove into it. no codes.. just got 140k and i think it may improve performance a bit. can i reach all 4 from underneath? their is 4 right? should i replace all of them?

All 4 should be accessible. You could replace all of them at the same time.
