I have gone to hell and back to find these part from ford since they have discontinued these parts. I will post the receipt and parts pics. I have a 2007 Ford explorer ED 4.0 L 4WD in case somebody have a question. I order on the 25 June and got them on 2 July. Hopefully this help someone looking for these parts.

You dont have to use the discontinued plastic bearings since the Gen3/Ranger front axle metal needle bearings are perfect fit too


They are actually standard dimension Dana Spicer millimetric bearings.

The most important thing is not to reuse the cv halfshaft circlips.

Running with the needle bearings for 30000 miles with zero problems:

Thanks I just like my original parts if I can get them! But a really good idea. That's why I always check here, but for some reason I couldn't find it in the auto parts!
