98 SOHC Intake Gasket Replacement

I did some searching and found some hits as far as replacing the SOHC intake gasket but didn't find a detailed write up. Does any one know if such a write up exists. I have to replace the lower intake gasket and wanted to see what I was getting myself into before I tear into it tonight. Thanks for any help with this. Thanks.

I did find one for the OHC but am not sure how similar the process would be for both of them.

With replacing the intake gaskets, does any one know how easy it would be to replace the valve cover gaskets at the same time?

i have been looking at that thread but it for a 2000. Not sure what the difference would be between the two vehicles.

VIS and return fuel

Your 98 probably has the variable intake system as did the one in the thread linked in my thread in my first post. You also may have the return fuel system while mine has the returnless fuel system. Otherwise, there should be no differences.
