Anybody put 6x9's in their explorer?

Has anybody replaced their factory 6x8's with 6x9's? If so, I'd like to know how much altering of the door panels is required, and can I still use the factory grills?
Any and all help appreciated.

I just have my four 6x9s in the rear, but plan on putting four more in the doors. Since I haven't done it yet I'm not sure what you must modify, but I'm pretty sure they will fit without having to take out the factory grills.
