Brake line to front hose block flare type?

I purchased a set of brake lines from inline tube for my 97 XLT 4wd. The set came with bubble flares at the block and what's on there now has double flare. Did ford ever use bubble flare for the 2nd gen? Now I have to send my old ones in to be custom made and I find it odd that they provided me bubble flare.

I seem to have a hole in one of the brake lines that goes between the master cyclinder and the ABS control module. Can someone please help me out with a part number. I'm having a hard time figuring out where to get a replacement.

That's a different section. The master to abs are bubble. The block at the wheel isn't.
