yeah it couldn't be anything else in a 95, also i remember somebody said on here it should be run in the gear thats 1:1 which would be 3rd for me 4th is overdrive, and i know that the guy running the dyno didn't turn off the od would this mess up the reading

Yes, it needs to be run in 1:1, or in your case third gear.
