Ok to start off it is a 4.0 SOHC in a 2000 limited. Alrighty then, Well when I go out and start my car, it turns over immeditley but the RPM's rev up to almost 2g's then drop off after a few seconds to below 1000, if it has been sitting a few hours then it uusally boggs down and dies. :fire: I can give it a bit of gas shortly after starting it, but why is it duing this. I pulled the emmissions test out of the glove box, and the test that was run at Idel speed was only 680 RPM'S not sure what most 2000 X's Idel at but this seems kinda low.
Any Ideas on what it could be? AND/OR Any Tips or solutions that I should try?
