FORD TSB 09-21-7 Needed

Can anyone direct me to a link, or post it here, of FORD TSB 09-21-7 TRIP A/TRIP B ODOMETER AND/OR AVERAGE FUEL ECONOMY RESETS UNINTENTIONALLY?

I have Googled it and all I can get are sites that want to charge an annual fee to retrieve it. I am trying to track this due to my A/B Trip Odometer re-setting itself on it's own on my 2010 ST XLT. I tried the Ford website but have not been able to retrieve it.

I just spent the last 45 minutes searching this site for FORD TSB 09-21-7 without any success. I started with the 2010 and then ran through 2006-2009 Explorers and STs and didn't find anything.

Seems like this TSB should just come up with an internet search. Assistance still needed please.
