So far what I discovered is the u-joint listed in the 4406 swap thread
does not seem to fit the front pinion yoke exactly right. It was nice and
tight between the 2 outer stops on the pinion yoke when originally installed,
but somehow it had side to side slop between the pinion yoke stops when
I pried it back and forth with a large screwdriver last night. My thinking is
that the font joint is off center when tightened down due the extra space
causing the vibration. For right now I just pulled the shaft and it is smooth as glass. I will hit the u-joint section at work Sunday with a mic and see if I
can find one that fits between the pinion yoke stops a little tighter and if
it works I will throw out a part #.

Nope, just the stock Expedition driveshaft. Been slow at my regular job today so I did some poking around the webz and I am wondering if my front pinion
yoke got wallered out when the 4404 went bad. It appears that the 1-0134
and the 1-0153 are in fact the same 3.219 across with the same 1.063 cap
diameter. I also replaced the retaining straps when I did the conversion so
I am confused even more now as to why there is slop in there, but there
definitely slop when I pried it back and forth. Oh well I will keep poking around
till I figure out what need to do to get rid of the slop.
