98 Exp:FWD lights flashing 6 times every two minutes.FWD not working.All pwr windows inop. Problem was the 'accessory delay relay'. This relay is in a relay box under the dash. Put your head next to the gas pedal and look up towards the radio. You will see a relay box. Pop the cover and you will see six of the same type of relay and one big one at the bottom. Th 'accessory delay' relay is the big one at the bottom. Got it at NAPA for $13.00. No need to disconnect battery. Just pop in the new relay..
