I unplugged my alarm module, and it doesn't work even though I plugged it back in.

While intalling new speakers in 95 XLT I unplugged the control unit for the alarm, door locks etc mounted in cargo area on driver side. Now when I plug it back in, the alarm goes off. I can't reset the alarm by starting vehicle or with remote. Truck does start. I can unplug the module and truck runs but I dont have use of Remote key fobs or Keypad on door to get in. I can't find the hidden valet switch under dash. Does anyone know how to reset this alarm.
