I'm seeking advice on the timing marks of a 2.5L Ranger.

can anyone tell me the correct timing marks for 2000 2.5L ranger? 3 pulleys---camshaft, crankshaft and oil pump pulleys. do you use the large diamond or the small triangle mark? thanks for any info. zippy274.;
