Interior lights don't come on

Interior lights won't come on when drivers door is opened. They come on when any other door is opened except the drivers door. They do come on when unlocking with the remote.

To me that sounds like the switch on the drivers door latch might be faulty. I had the same problem went to for and 60 bucks later the lights were working.to check it take off the door panel and its on top of the latch. Its a screw holding it in. When you have it out depress the plunger with the wires connected release and the lights should come on if not the switch is bad.
