I went under the car and checked the bell housing and the rest of the parts for the noise. The noise is not coming from the bottom of the car.
Another think I noticed is that I don't hear the noise in the morning when I first start the car after sitting all night. It's very cold in the morning so I'm not sure if that's the cause.
After I drive the car, I hear the noise evreytime I start it. The noise gets quite when you increase the rpm. After you drive it for 5min it will disappear with an occasional ticking noise but not loud or consistent.
