I have a 2004 XLT. I have noticed that while driving I just a consistent amount of noise, regardless of road conditions from the lift gate area. Like the door is slightly ajar. I believe I have read somewhere that this may be related to the cracked trim panel below the lift gate window (not sure how to check this). I was wondering if could be related in some way to tired hinges or similar? Any ideas?
