looking at a 02 eddie bauer 4.6 NEED HELP!

I have an 02 with 105000 miles. Only had the wear end whine, there was a TSB for that. Changed the fluid no further issues. The 02 had 2 production runs. Mine is from the second run after March 2002 and some parts are different from the first. The people I would like to know your build date, just curious. I would ask if the transmission fluid was changed regularly and I mean more often than Ford recommends.

105,015 been pretty good to me for the versatility and price i couldnt find a better vehicle. any truck requires frequent ball joints tie rods etc. 4.6 engine youll be fine dont replace parts with cheap aftermarkets (balljoints hubs etc) being a popular very vehicle there are many aftermarket junk retailors for exp parts. watch for tranny and get a 4.6 any other issues will be c0vered here most are fairly min0r
