Matching amp and speakers - 2 ohms

So I'm ordering http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?g=52200&i=1086822CF&tp=92 these, I'm getting 2 pairs. I was just wondering how many watts is too much for an amplifier to power these? For now I will just use my alpine 9883 HU, but I want to get the full 60 watts these can handle. I was thinking maybe this amp: http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?g=120&i=489AP740&tp=115
would maybe be too much because at 2 ohms it's pushing 90 watts rms. So really what I need to know is how much is to much? thanks!

You should be fine. One speaker per channel is how you are planning on running them, correct?

yeah, also I just found this one http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?g=120&i=113KAC6404&tp=115 which will run an even 60 watts rms at 2 ohms, but with the first amp I looked at, will that extra 90 watts mean or do anything for me even though my speakers can handle only up to 60?

The speakers he is ordering ARE 2 ohm. Honestly, I would go for the Profile. They make good, cheap, stuff. Sometimes they have closeouts directly from their website, too, so check there.
