Hey guys-I am planning to lift my truck soon. Its a 93 sport 4x4 btw. I talked to perry @ perrys fab n fiber and I think I'm going to have him do it. He does all this special crap like extend i-beams and radius arms and stuff to make the lift less hard on your car. Anyway, my question is He can do the lift with coilovers or regular shocks. I want to go with coilovers, but they are hugely priced at 600 each wheel. This is 2400 in shocks alone. Would I be ok with just normal shocks for heavy duty offroading like a little jumping and all-around thrashage of the suspension? Thanks (this dudes eyes are cool)
