Resetting the mileage on a 2006 Ford Ranger.

Hi everyone, I would to know how to reset the mileage on a 2006 Ford Range. I have the Tacho universal and the CD that say to use the Doggle 912and solder wires on the tacho circuit board. The diagram that they gave me does not show clearly where these wires will be soldered, three blue and one black wire. Could you help please. Thank you.
