Strange Humming Noise From Rear....2002 Explorer

What is the mileage cut off on getting Ford to do the TSB without out of cost expense??? Thanks guys

I had the TSB done on my X a couple of years ago, costed me $100 for the warranty deductable. It appeared to fix the problem for about a year, now the hum is back, haha. I don't think they did it right. Last oil change I had it in for, they marked down the rear axle seals as leaking. I thought to myself.. didn't they just rebuild this? Shouldn't there be new seals in there? Hrm.. oh well. We'll see.

Wow that's sad that it's already damaged again. Do you know how many miles is to many to get them to pay the rest of the repair?
