Turn signals

I have a 96 explorer 4.0 My turn signals used to buzz when I would make a turn, but they stopped doing that. I have recently wired a plug in for my boat. I tested it and my boat lights worked fine, as well as stop and blinkers. I got in my explorer the next day and I do not have turn signals or 4 way hazards. I checked my fuses and they are all good. Can someone help me figure out what the problem is? If it is the flasher relay, where is it?

It sounds like the flasher relay is bad, it is located under the dash on the drivers side, I believe it is yellow.
