upper control arm/ 2pieces?

I need to replace the RH upper control arm (passenger side). My book shows the two piece design. The parts store gave me the one piece design and it's stamped with a "RH". I even had him double check to see if he gave me the wrong one. Can I/ How do I use this one or should I take it back and find the two piece design somewhere?

The one they gave you is the new design. It will work.

Thanks! I hate going back and forth. I'm guessing it'll bolt up to where the upper part of the two piece bolted to? and I just discard the lower piece?

Thanks! Now what about the lower ball joints? My book says that you have to replace the whole control arm but I hear people have pressed them out and in.
Any help there?

I don't think I have heard of anyone replacing the whole arm. You should be able to just press them out.
