Vibration after TT/Shackle lift

Thanks to all those who offered suggestions to this problem. This weekend, I pulled the driveshaft off, checked the U joints and greased the slip yoke while I was at it. All looked good with the drive shaft. I also checked the ball joints and they were fine. Next I removed the shackles and put my old ones back on. As I expected, the problem completely disappeared. For now, I think I will leave it as is.

Is it possible you installed the new shackles upside down?

I suppose I could have, Although I'm not sure what difference it would make. The cross brace on the shackle is offset, so I installed it with the longer section to the frame side. I assume that is correct, since the frame could hit the brace if the short side were to the top. That is correct right?
