Won’t go into 4x4

Does anyone know anything about rebuilding or buying the 4x4 actuators/transfer case motors? I can’t find videos or anything on this particular one If I want to put my 94 Eddie Bauer in 4x4 i have to take the actuator off and stick a screw driver in there and twist it into 4x4
