'02 XLT code

I have an '02 XLT and the check engine light has come on. The code I get is P1400 but I can't find what it means. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks, Chris

OK, found out what it means, but....

now I don't know what to do to fix it. The code means "Differential Pressure Feedback Electronic Sensor Circuit Low Voltage". WHAT?!?! What does this mean and how can I fix it? Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated!!
