I just bought the truck and wanted to lower it to make it more stable and better looks, i put it on the rack and the shop i work at yesterday and started with the pass side, (1.25) inch higher than driver. I backed the bolt out all the way till the key hit the brace and i only got (1.25) inch drop. Given im happy its finally level but my understanding was with the bolt all the way adjusted it would have moderate to extreme change. 1" to 3". Please help its really bothersom, plus my wife wants me to lower it and put cobra rims on.

Backing out the torsion bolt does not make the vehicle more stable - quite the opposite actually. Because backing out the bolt decreases the spring rate on the torsion bar (which lowers the vehicle), it actually increases chassis/body roll on corners.

I know but i was going for the stance now and going to add sway bars to get the stability back. im just curious why the (tt) method is not working in my case.

sitting on the bump stops?

It may be low enough to be sitting on the rubber bump stops mounted on the frame above the lower control arm as shown below.

Or your shocks may be at their minimum length. I installed lowering shocks and cut down my bump stops when I lowered my Sport 0.75 inches. Here's a link to the thread describing what I did: Front drop & bump stop
