What years came in the burnt orange color? WTB once figure it all out :)

If you wait long enough, my medium gray metallic will be an orange sort of color in a few more years after continuing exposure to salt air.

Oh, you prolly meant "intended to be" burnt orange, but I'll give you a bump.

Ive never seen a 3rd gen in burnt orange (unless its a public works truck in which case its safety orange). Ive seen a few 4th gen Ironman Editions in orange though.

yeah I don`t think I ever seen a Burnt orange Explorer either, if there was one, I would have had by now

Does it have to be a 3rd Gen? 4th Gen Ironman came in orange.

It has to be 3rd gen and I have seen some they are rare, look almost maroon/red but I think from my research so far only 02 and 03 to my knowledge.

Now now, LOL, this girl is a good one, I do alot of offroading and she currently drives a 99 Explorer Sport that has been rolled, so has a few dents. and she loves the thing. So hard to find woman that loves explorers as much as I do LOL Also it will be her new trail rig once we get her a newer explorer

Orange Frost is (paint code NL), was available on the 2007 and 2008 4 door Ex and Sport Trac.

Competition Orange was available on the 2004 Sport Trac...

I know at some point you could get orange on a Sport...

You can also make a Silver Birch Sport Trac pinewood derby car...

There was a color on the Edge called Blazing Copper, looks similar, but darker in some lights...

The Edge is a pretty nice vehicle. Drove one for about 3 days while they were getting my Explorer prepped for pick up.

But like my Explorer better.
