Here is DIY how to remove moisture from the headlights, example if you are running with HID and Projectors and you are sure that sealing is well done and check that you dont have any cracks. Too much heat is causing moisture / condensation in the headlight assembly if otside is cold cloudy.
Of ocurse you can put inside the headlight "Desiccant Silica Gel Moisture Absorber" bags but it will not fix it.
The main problem that is causing moisture in these stock headloghts is "BAD STOCK VENTILATION". The manufacturer had designed it to be sufficient if only normal halogen lamps were used. But not with the HID and projectors.
In case to solve this issue you need to add few new ventilation holes with valves bended down to help moisture to exit.
In my case I have been using 2pcs 10mm vents in the headlight. I guess 3 would be better but it is what it is and it has been solution.
"It is up to you where you want to locate these vent breathers & everything you do is at your own risk." ^^
I am attaching pics how to do it. And pics to compare before and after.
"When you are drilling hole, remember to use in other hand vacuum cleaner, to prevent plastic crumbs from getting inside the headlight."
For this job you need:
10mm socket ratchet with the extender.
Drill & 8mm drill bit.
Vacuum cleaner.
Super glue.
Silicone/glue mass for outdoor use. That holds high temperatures - / + and is water resistant of course.
2 or 3, 10mm vent breathers.
This is how I solved the problem with moisture in the headlight
