    Trans fluid replace interval?

I'm not sure the color means alot. I think it changes color quickly. The v6 transmissions have no major issues, they aren't like the old 4r55 or 5r55. These 6 sp are co designed with Gm, who historically produces a superior transmission to yesteryears Ford transmissions.

    Trans fluid replace interval?

I'd check your manual but I think 150k. The v6 transmission is durable but clunks. There is a tsb out about it, valve body I think.

    2013 Explorer 4wd Bushing leaking

I have grease and some kind of fluid that was ready to drip on the rear front passenger control arm bushing as well. Noticed I had a drop this morning in the driveway..... It did eventually dry, but took all day. Definitely not water... looked under the car and it no other leaks, seeps or...

Any Aftermarket brands for our Suspension?

Fair question. I have found non Motorcraft in general, to be of poor quality. However, from what I have heard, Steeda is good. If you can afford it, keep it. I can afford Steeda, but would not put in to my 2011 base with 148k. It's a couple toes into the grave with that mileage and being a base.

Explorer Mudflap / Splash Guard Suggestions

Are the Ford ones flaps or injection molded? Personally the flaps are dated. Injection molded loom better in my opinion.

If they aligned the front end, it sbould have been OK. Ball joints etc when bad do not allow alignment. Are you 100% sure front was done?

    2015 Explorer Brake Issue??

I try to get independent 3rd party to inspect. Some dealers are good, others not. People make mistakes at good dealers. Might want to take to 3rd party for advice.

    Strut issue

I see. You can have almost instant failure with non Motorcraft struts and mounts. Maybe they won't. Search the internet. Try to find out, should have part number of any invoice etc if those are available. My mechanic said if you want to fix and sell, go cheap otherwise Motorcraft for Ford...

Need some updated advice on shocks

Be aware when you buy shocks and struts. Ford has a lifetime warranty and covers labor for at least 2 years. Other brands are cheaper for a reason.....

My power seat (6 way, no memory) rear tilt isn't working. Move foward, back and front tilt goes up and down. Guessing its the switch as they have a reputation of failing. Is all this "ceramic coating" talk just hype?

To my knowledge, Klasse does not have a ceramic kit. However, Klasses is solid and have used for many years. Ceramic if prepped.right will last.

    Snow mode rear end "sway"

Mine was sloppy after the recall, and the dealer only hand tightened the link. It was way out of alignment, and had that feeling of being on rails. Since my mechanic fixed, seems to be good.

    Snow mode rear end "sway"

Mine felt loose. My mechanic discovered the rear recall work was hand tight. Hasn't snowed since. Might be some truth to it being in the rear.

Water pump failure leads to dead engine

Does the water pump make a noise when failing? Heard a bearing like noise upon startup this morning. Only made noise when in R or P. Noise went away after a couple minutes. Definitely was coming from passanger side front, where the WP is. Alternator is right there as well. Was a dreadful noise...
