Help 4r55e Tranmission slipping
Thank you both for the replies. The truck is a 96 with 191,000 miles on it. I was able to get the ford TSB kit, the Superior shift kit and the boost valve. Saturday I pulled the pan off and the fluid was very dirty and it had a strong burnt odor to it. I pulled the valve body off, rebuilt it and...- vick1807

Help 4r55e Tranmission slipping
I need a little help. Today while driving the OD light started flashing and I started experiencing problem with the transmission shifting from 1st to 2nd and then not shifting into 3rd at all.
