    Thank you for all the helpful responses. The Dodge dealership coordinated with a nearby Ford dealership to arrange the repairs free of charge. I'll let you all know the final results.

    I do have a sunroof and how do initiate the customer satisfaction fix? I got it through a Dodge dealership, but that shouldn't matter right?
