    I agree with “thedogzeus”, my 2003 Exe did as he described. Pulling fuse 15 in the engine bay does remove the 0.3 amps immediately but follow “thedogzeus” test.     Shock absorbers and suspension.

    Will the 2004 4WD front struts mount in an 2003 4WD Explorer? The flange on the 2004 front strut is lower down on the shock tube and has bearing plate (Monroe P/N: 906924) under the coil spring. The slight difference can be seen on the Monroe web site, P/N:71398 (2004) & P/N:71321(2003).
