    2010 XLT Trailer wiring question

    I just bought my Sport Trac and need to add a brake controller to it. The wiring diagrams show 2 versions. There is a 'heavy duty' and a 'light duty'. My truck is apparently the light duty version as it doesn't have connections in the battery junction box for; 1. F13 - Trailer battery charge...

    I got the Westin Sure-grip boards. I wanted a nonslip step and these come with a filler strip that prevents splashes onto the step and fill the gap under the body. The lights are made for this step board.

    Wow! I just got a 2010 ST that is almost the same color (pic later). I just installed the Westin boards on my truck and will be hooking the lights in a few days. The amazing part....I'm in Houston. If you'd like to take a look at my setup, pm me and we'll get together.
