Fixed at last Went to the junk yard yesterday. Thought I'd let everyone know what the two problems were. I replaced all the relays to the horn, high/low wiper, etc... Turned it on and we are working now. Thanks for everone's help. Words of advice--if the the wipers & horn work off and on...
