    I had a bad connection in the harness at the back of the vehicle (the plugs in the compartment with the jack and rear washer fluid) I unplugged them reconnected them after a little cleaning and then I had proper voltage at the socket. Thanks for the help.

    I found a bad connection. I also changed all the bulbs and put in a new electronic flasher. It's working now. Thanks for all the help.

    No they don't. Just tail lights.

    The third brake light on my 91 Explorer works fine. The two main brake lights do not. The bulbs are good I hear the relay clicking so what would be the cause of this? I have the factory tow package could it be related to that?
