Been there several times, I used to have a Ranger that I took there. Here's a pic of the Ranger. When I get the Explorer ready, I plan on taking it there. I will only try the easy trails with it.

Well I tried today, I could turn the bottom but that did not work because of the pocket for the coils. I am going to try again, but this time I am going to take off the top bolt after I compress the strut and see if that works. I know a couple guys have put these on, I wonder how the did it?

Thanks. The reason I want to do the spacers is to get the frame a little higher, way to much rock here in TN when you go wheeling.

I put tires on today, still have to do my 1.5" body lift, and also will be putting on spacers here soon.

I went to put on my Truxxx spacers today, but when I went to put the strut back in the bolts for the spacer were facing the wrong way. Anybody know what I have to do to fix this?

I am getting ready to put the truxxx spacers on, but I have a question. The spacers measure 1.75 and 1.5, but the box says 3" and 2" lift. Is this true?

I may do that. I found some 1x3 pucks for 1$ a piece. Well change of plans, I ordered my 3"pucks and bolts, will be doing the 1.5" lift.

As anybody tried just a 1" body lift?

I may be interested, would like to see the finished product.

Here's a couple pic's of my Explorer. Will start modding here soon. Plan on the spacer lift and 265/75/16's.
